Our online training is available 24/7 and works on phones, tablets, and computers. Help interested persons overcome tobacco use while avoiding confrontation and arguing.
This course is for persons in behavioral health including client-facing staff, peer support specialists, family members, and other concerned persons.
The science and available medication treatments for tobacco dependence have come a long way since 1984, when nicotine gum was first marketed. Now, more than ever, effective medication-assisted treatment and behavioral support for tobacco addiction is widely available to help anyone suffering from tobacco addiction who wants to become tobacco and nicotine-free.
Helpers Program for Behavioral Health (HPBH) provides a live (via Zoom), interactive training for member-facing behavioral health staff in the state of Arizona to educate, train, and equip staff with evidence-based tobacco cessation methodologies.
HPBH collaborates with agency training coordinators and site Champions for scheduling and registration of the training. Please contact your agency’s training coordinator or site Champion to find out more. We hope to see you at a training soon!
